Meet Kenny Supreme

Meet today's Stigma Warrior:
I’m Kenny Supreme, a music artist from the Bronx who creates pop and dance music inspired by personal experiences. My music is all about making people feel seen, empowered, and free to be themselves. I’ve performed all over NYC and beyond, sharing my story through my songs, which often center around love, heartbreak, and self-growth. I’m also part of the incomparable Haus of Zara, a family and community that embodies creativity, resilience, and self-expression. Through my music and my chosen family, I strive to create a safe space for anyone who has ever felt unheard or misunderstood.
Stigma and discrimination hold people back from living fully and embracing who they are. When people are judged or shamed for their identity, struggles, or experiences, it creates fear and isolation. Standing up against stigma means creating a world where people feel accepted, valued, and supported because everyone deserves to be seen and respected for who they are.
I fight stigma by being unapologetically myself in my music, the Kiki ballroom scene and in my everyday life. Whether it’s through my lyrics, performances, or just how I show up in the world, I refuse to shrink myself to make others comfortable. I also uplift others by creating music that reminds people they’re not alone in their struggles and that their feelings are valid.
Never let someone else’s judgment define your worth. Surround yourself with people who celebrate you and remind you of your power. Your existence is not something to be explained or justified. It’s to be lived fully. Keep pushing forward, and know that there is a community out there that sees you, supports you, and loves you just as you are.
